SPORTS BALL!
Despite my general disdain for watching sports, I have a deep love for playing them. Finding that it creates deep connections between players often feel like we are speaking a language that only players of sport can understand. There is precious little that beats a well executed game plan or quick witted play that gives my team an edge in the ball game.
Drills

Discipline. Improvement is a long and arduous road, an uphill climb that doesn’t stop and doesn’t get easier. Climbing it requires patience, perseverance, willpower and above all discipline. An unwavering resolve to get up when everyone else is asleep and do what needs to be done.

Teamwork. You can’t carry a team on your own and if you do, you are probably worse off for it. Being a team player, sharing knowledge gained and experience boosts everyone’s game and in turn put them in a better position to support you. Many games were won or lost on how well the team worked together, not by individual performances.
